Core Concept: Tier 1 (Survival ~ Material)
- Beige - Survival: Primeval. "Busy just staying alive." (Homeless, Infants)
- Purple - Tribe: Worships superstition and ancestors. "My tribe is best." (Gangs, Cults)
- Red - Power: Might is Right. "I am the boss." (Dictators, Rebellious Teens)
- Blue - Order: Believes in Law, Rules, Absolute Truth. "Follow the rules." (Traditional Religion, Boomers, Conservatism)
- Orange - Achievement: Science, Reason, Capitalism. "Success is best." (Entrepreneurs, Modern Society, Materialism)
Deep Dive: Tier 2 (Community ~ Integral)

Green - Equality: Human Rights, Environment, Love, Community. "Everyone is equal." (NGOs, Hippies, Liberalism)
- Problem: While attacking Blue/Orange, becomes exclusive itself.

Yellow - Integral: Systemic thinking. "All stages exist because they are necessary."
- 'Second Tier Leap' happens here. Previous stages fight saying "I'm right, you're wrong," but from Yellow, one understands "You are right and he is right (Contextual)."

Practical Application: Leading Without Fighting
If you are at 'Green (Equality)' stage, seeing 'Blue (Boomer)' or 'Orange (Selfish)' makes you angry. But if you ascend to 'Yellow (Integral)', you acknowledge them as part of the evolutionary process. Like not getting angry at a kindergartner for not knowing calculus.
- Conflict Resolution: Communicate at their eye level (Color). Peace appeal (Green) doesn't work on 'Red'. Must handle with Power (Red) or Rules (Blue).
